Pasadena, CA – Join the Pasadena Symphony Association for an unforgettable evening of magic and romance on Saturday, September 26, 2015 as they host the Moonlight Sonata Gala at Ambassador Gardens. Their annual gala will take place on the opulent grounds of the Ambassador Gardens with entertainment and libations at the Terrace Villa Mansion, followed by a luxe dinner under the stars in the Fowler Garden. The program offers something for everyone – with an awards ceremony honoring this year’s luminaries, an exciting live and silent auction, and live music performances by distinguished musicians.

True to the organization’s mission, the evening will be filled with music. As guests promenade the lush grounds of the Ambassador Gardens, they will be surrounded by live performances by the JPL Chorus, the soulful melodies of Nina Lares and her jazz ensemble and the Pasadena Youth Symphony Orchestra. During dinner, guests will be serenaded by pianist Jamie Sheehan as they enjoy a succulent four course meal courtesy of Claud & Co.

The Pasadena Symphony Association is thrilled to honor this year’s three distinct luminaries. The gala will pay tribute to violinist extraordinaire Anne Akiko Meyers, who topped the charts with her Vivaldi’s Four Seasons as Billboard’s 2014 top-selling Classical Instrumentalist. The PSA will also recognize the generous charitable contributions of Kin Hui of Singpoli Group and Peter Hoffman of Sierra Auto Group, whose long-time support has encouraged the Pasadena Symphony and POPS to flourish as the region’s preeminent source for live symphonic music.

Tickets to the Moonlight Sonata Gala are limited. Individual tickets start at $250 and may be purchased by contacting Scott Vandrick, Chief Development Officer at svandrick@PasadenaSymphony-Pops.org or 626.793.7172 x 45.
