Entry to all Pasadena POPS Concerts will require proof of receiving a fully completed Covid-19 vaccine two weeks prior to the concert date. There will be no exceptions for entry to any concert without providing proof of vaccination at the door, which includes a photo i.d. plus documentation of vaccination, such as the vaccination card, a photo of a vaccination card, or documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider.

In the coming weeks, we will share more with you about what to expect at the POPS this summer and the policies and procedures designed for the safety of our guests. We will also continue to review our safety protocols throughout the season to ensure that they follow the latest public health guidance.
STAY AT HOME IF:
- – You are sick or have any of the following symptoms: fever, sore throat, chills, cough, shortness of breath, congestion, nausea, or vomiting.
- – You’ve been in close contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms within the past 14 days.
- – You’ve been directed to self-isolate or quarantine by a health care provider or public health official.
- – You are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test.
All event attendees, employees and musicians will be required to wear masks that cover both the nose and the mouth at all times except when eating and drinking at their assigned seat. Attendees are required to bring their own masks, although there will be a supply on-site. Non-mask wearing attendees will be asked to leave the event.
We remind everyone to wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after using the restroom, blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing, and before eating. Hand sanitizer will be widely available throughout the venue for your convenience.
Pasadena POPS Box Office will be outfitted with plexi dividers between attendee and staff. Foot traffic patterns will be modified to limit queuing. Ticketing will be contactless.
Pasadena Symphony staff will create and enforce policies and directional signage to limit crowd density through physical distancing.
Patrons are asked to maintain mask wearing at all times, especially if mingling with patrons. Masks may be taken off only when eating or drinking at your seat.
Table seating will be pre-assigned and you must only sit in your pre-assigned seat. All chairs will be pre-sanitized and may not be moved. Seating capacity will be limited in order to create space between tables.
Lawn Seating will be general admission with limited capacity to provide spacing between groups. Masks must be worn at all times unless eating or drinking while seated at your designated area.
Performances will last approximately 90 minutes with one intermission. Guests are asked to remain in their seats during the performance unless using the restroom or leaving the venue early.
Pets are not allowed.
Covid-19 monitors will be onsite to enforce these rules. Those not following the rules will be asked to comply or leave the premises.
Outside food or beverage is allowed. Pre-ordered food will be available for pick-up at a designated area and there will be two beverage centers on-site. Food and beverage are only to be consumed at your pre-assigned seat. Patrons are allowed to remove their masks to consume food and beverage only while seated in their pre-assigned seat.
