Random Acts of Music is an interactive program offered by the Pasadena Symphony and POPS to break down the barriers between musicians, classical concert halls, and the public with free performances in “random” public spaces. A string quartet, a harpist, or a plethora of other ensemble combinations will perform during your commute, while shopping, playing in a park, reading in a library, or anywhere else that’s accessible to all!

These pop-up performances work to connect the community to live music, encourage community engagement and inspire positive economic development.
