Why Go Mobile?
Mobile tickets are fast, flexible, and eco-friendly. You’ll never worry about forgetting your tickets at home, and you’ll help us reduce printing and mailing costs – allowing us to put more resources into the music you love.
Getting Started is easy
- Open your ticket confirmation email from your mobile phone.
- Tap the View your tickets button near the bottom of the email. This will open a new browser page that shows your tickets.
- (Optional but recommended) Tap either Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet to add the tickets to your digital wallet. Adding tickets to your digital wallet ensures you can access your tickets with low cell service
- Show mobile ticket on your phone at concert entry. Make sure the QR code is visible for the ushers at the door.
Frequently Asked Questions
Nope! You can open your tickets from a link in your confirmation email. Adding to Apple or Google Wallet is optional — but convenient.
You have several options:
- (Recommended) Add tickets to your digital Wallet: Tap Add to Wallet on your mobile device. Your tickets will appear automatically before the event.
- Take a Screenshot: Capture the full ticket and QR code to use at the door.
- Show on Phone: Open the ticket from your email and present it at the door.
Yes, you can always print your tickets.
From your computer
- Open your ticket confirmation email.
- Click the View your tickets button near the bottom of the confirmation email. This will open a new web page.
- Click Print Order on the top right-hand corner to print your tickets.
- Show your ticket at the door.
Only if you’re opening the ticket from your email. If you’ve saved your tickets to your digital wallet or taken a screenshot, you’re good to go without service.
Our system doesn’t support direct transfers, but there are several ways to share your tickets with friends.
- Forward the original ticket confirmation email to your friends, and have them add their tickets to their digital wallet. Make sure each person uses a unique ticket. All tickets have a unique ITEM number.
- Take a screenshot of the tickets, including the QR code and text it to your friends.
- Print the ticket and hand it to them.
Remember, each ticket is unique and valid for only one scan. If you share a digital ticket, only the first version scanned will be accepted.
If you exchanged your tickets, your previous mobile tickets are no longer valid and should be removed from your digital wallet. Use the updated ticket link we sent and add those tickets to your digital wallet.

Remember to check your spam/junk folders as emails often get caught there.
